Acceptance of terms

By using Synora Labs services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide web design, software development, maintenance, IT, and digital products. Scopes and deliverables are defined in each engagement.

Project fees are due per the agreed schedule. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables specific to your project. We retain rights to our underlying tools, libraries, and templates.

You may not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity, or in violation of third-party rights.

Services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synora Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
